First deliveries for Cooperativa Granatha!!!
We can say it, at last we are there……last week, the Granatha Cooperative cleared the first two orders of grenades produced from heather cut from the Pratomagno heaths. It has been a long journey and not without its difficulties, but at last production has started and the first grenades have been delivered to two Cooperatives that deal with road sweeping: Betadue in Casentino and Società Cooperativa Sociale Co.La.P. Onlus in Monte San Savino. The orders, for about 1,000 grenades, were finalised as part of the support activities for the Cooperative under the LIFE Granatha project. In the coming weeks, there will be more deliveries and the first contacts with local bakeries and pizzerias for bundles have started. We hope shortly to start deliveries of smaller sizes for retail sale as well.
